Personal:

I do love my husband more then running-although he does not always believe me!  I have four awesome kids who are my pride and joy!  I just love to get outside and play, run, bike, hike, climb, etc....

Stayed up way to late and had to run on my own today.  It was nice out, great music, a little boring though.  Did a 6.5 mile loop, avg. pace was 8 some slower some faster.

7 miles with the group, felt great!  We went slow today that's why I felt great.  then 2 hrs. at the climbing gym, yea!  I'll think i'll swim 2 days a week and climb the other, it's way more fun!

 First double duty day.  Rode the bike trainer for an hr. in the a.m. then in the afternoon went for a 1 1/2 trail run up at Brighton while the boys were in ski lessons.  Felt really good, yea!

I think I probably only did 10 ish miles but it was snowy and cold and high up!

running in the snow is hard!!  We did 6 miles in the blizzard this morning-I was tired in places I did not know I had!  It was beautiful though.

Swam 1800 today in 40 min. felt great, boring but great.  I cannot think about anything b/c I'm counting my laps.  I just need to swim for 40-50 min and whatever I get is what I get.

Ran 10 miles in the a.m. then rode one hr. on the trainer in the afternoon followed by a run around the block to see hoe my legs felt-tired!! I can't imagine running 26 miles with really tired legs!

6 with the BBK's.  Great run, nice pace but cold and windy.  Then 2 hr.s of climbing gym-so fun!  I need to stop and swim instead but it's too fun.  Set up my spin class for 6:15 a.m. on Wed. at Momentum if anyone wants to join me.  I have no idea what i'm doing!

Swam with the Masters group at Marv Jensen, it was great.  Great work out nice people, swam about an hr. did 2000 m.  arms were so tired by the end!  Decided not to run today because we went tele skiing all day and my legs would not have made it, barley made it any ways!!  So fun and so hard on the legs!!

Swam 1 hr. with a swim coach, easy workout but i learned a lot.  Like..I pull across my body and not strait out, I don't rotate my body enough, I need to keep my hand 12 inch. under water and relax my hand and arm, pull all the way through the stroke past my hip.  It'll give me a lot to work on the next few months.  Came home and did weights with my boys-who really just laughed at me.

Tried out a new spin class at the rec. center-mine starts in 2 weeks, ahh!  It was a great class, pretty hard.  Then i ran upstairs and did a quick 2 miles on the treadmill.   I'm trying to run after every bike ride and it's getting easier and easier.

Great x-mas eve run with the group.  Went for early miles and then 6 more wih the group.  Not fast but I was done by the end.  Then we got hot choc. and cinnamon rolls thanks to "the girls".  I need to do some longer runs, 10 miles seems so far now.

Rode for 40 min. on the trainer with tons of interuptions then swam for 40 in. at the rec center during the day.  After being sick for 2 days and having no energy or fluids in my body i did o.k.

Wanted to run with the group again yesterday but i felt really sick again-round 2 I guess. I ran 5 today in the snow then did a new 30 min. training video on my bike trainer-felt good!  My run was super slow and I even had to walk-I had no energy and my stomach hurt!
