| Felt terrible this morning but wanted to be outside running again. First mile was so bad, I actually had to stop and walk for a min. I think I'm getting strep again, I feel sick! The run got better and better, my avg. pace was 9:00 so I felt o.k. By the end I felt great, funny how that works. I have a sore throat now (the air was cold today) but feel o.k. I need to do another high milage week, for me that's still only about 35-40 miles. | Comments(3) |

| I'm still feeling really tired so I decided to sleep in and run later in the day. Luckily my Mom was around to babysit! I ran 6 miles on the BST up behind the capital. It was a beautiful day, so green up there! The hills are steeep though. I forgot how much I like running in the sun instead of the dark! i took it easy because my heart is still skipping beats and i felt great. | Comments(1) |

| Met the BBK's ( only a small, lonely group of us) at Daybreak. We did a mile tempo and 2 2 miles tempos and i stayed after for some miles. I'm still to tired to go early. I felt good, our pace was pretty fast, 8 and under every time I looked. A beautiful morning, perfect temps and Daybreak is a great place to run- nice hills, no traffic and cute little houses to look at. Off to Moab to do another long trail run this weekend. | Comments(3) |

| Ran the Poison Spider bike trail while my family 4-wheeled it. I would so much rather run-even in the rain! It was a beautiful day, perfect weather, sprinkled on and off, just enough to cool me off. My Garmin stopped working but based on the book and my time i think I ran 10 miles. My left knee was bugging me a little and my right ankle is bruised from some new shoes-hope they all heal up quick! I wanted to keep running but I had to get in the car and help with screaming kids. I love running in Moab, I always want to run forever because it's so beautiful!! | Add Comment |
