Felt terrible this morning but wanted to be outside running again.  First mile was so bad, I actually had to stop and walk for a min. I think I'm getting strep again, I feel sick!  The run got better and better, my avg. pace was 9:00 so I felt o.k.  By the end I felt great, funny how that works.  I have a sore throat now (the air was cold today) but feel o.k.  I need to do another high milage week, for me that's still only about 35-40 miles.

I hope you feel better Nancy! I swear, when I get strep it comes back for months before it finally stays away. Crappy stuff. Feel better soon:)

good job! way to keep going even though you didnt feel good, but you better rest now. That takes true endurance to run when feeling sick
