Personal:

I do love my husband more then running-although he does not always believe me!  I have four awesome kids who are my pride and joy!  I just love to get outside and play, run, bike, hike, climb, etc....

Rode for 40 min. on the trainer with tons of interuptions then swam for 40 in. at the rec center during the day.  After being sick for 2 days and having no energy or fluids in my body i did o.k.

Wanted to run with the group again yesterday but i felt really sick again-round 2 I guess. I ran 5 today in the snow then did a new 30 min. training video on my bike trainer-felt good!  My run was super slow and I even had to walk-I had no energy and my stomach hurt!

Wanted to do 15 today but we were at the cabin so I did 7.5 instead.  It was all i could do in deep snow, my pace was from 7 mm to 12 mm, so hard and cold!  There were no clear roads to run on just deep,un-plowed, awful snowy roads.  7 was all I could mentally muster through today, oh how i dream of smooth, dry, warm dirt trails!!
