Strange morning.  I woke up at 4:30 with a stomach ache.  I woke up again when my alarm went off but for some reason went back to sleep.  Woke up again at 6, ahh!  I ran out the door to meet the group.  I met them one mile into the two 5k's.  I ran the first one very slow, which felt nice.  I ran the next one with Cheryl and she killed it.  We were suppose to do marathon pace but she was doing 7 min. miles and I just wanted to keep up.  We did it in 22 min.  I felt good and it was fun to pretend we were sprinting to the finish.  I fell lazy with these little workouts lately.

Nancy, that was fun today, I'm glad you were there to keep me going strong. Kelli, I wish 7 min. miles was my marathon pace, but I'll be lucky if 8 min. miles is the true pace. We'll see next week.
