I have not written in so long I forgot my log in, sad.  Well I finally agreed to do the Ragnar and it was fun.  Would I do it again? Not sure yet.  I think would rather run more and sit less, maybe the ultra team would be fun.   It was fun though, we had a good group and we laughed all night long!  We did pretty good too, 10th out of the all womens team and I got 8th of the women on the RAGNAR hill, 44:38.   I wish I could have gone faster but not sleeping all night then running strait up hill is hard!  Now I have 3 weeks to get ready for the Millcreek midnight 50k, can't wait!  Knee is doing great, Dr. Toronto was awesome and I'm healing fast!  It;'s that dang bike and the way my toes pointed that messed me up!
