| 9.6 miles with 6600 vertical gain=ouch! 2 laps on Grandeur with my r2r2r friends. First lap was fast 1:05 with some post holing on top. Second lap, after some gu and water was 1:15, felt so much better. Nice slow pace, lots of chatting with some amazing ladies! Legs felt better and better today, feel great now. | Add Comment |

| 6-8 miles in Moab. Not sure, Garmin could not get a good signal. My quads are still really painful so I just did a nice hr. run on the metal masher trail. May be the most beautiful morning run of my life. I love the desert, especially all alone in the early a.m.. Ran along a river, had to cross it 3 times each way. Birds were chirping, slight breeze in the trees, amazing!! My legs killed on the downhills, felt great otherwise. I have to recover fast. Night laps on Olympus tues night and shoreline trail marathon on Sat.! | Add Comment |
